This is a story about my experiences in NYC in the 70's long before NYC became gentrified and a 'poor starving artist' could afford rent. One of my more stellar waitress jobs was at Magoos artist bar and dive.

Again and again- we receive the information-we need for our journey-yet fear turns our feet to clay, some days it is hard to move a single step. Those days are for dancing in place.

Within frozen depths does warmth stir, and mud rises. Seeds of air & fire, water & starlight move into the cold and wet places that awaken from slumber.
