Refund policy

We take great care in packaging your order. If you receive a broken item, SatyaCenter will replace that item. Call us at 336-682-7735 and we'll be happy to take care of you. 

If you are unhappy with an item purchased from SatyaCenter.com, you can initiate a self-service return, email us or call us at 336-682-7735 within 14 days of delivery, and we will be happy to make an adjustment for you. We cannot accept returns on services. We can not refund shipping and handling costs. In any case, we will not accept the return of any item without first authorizing it. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any item returned after the agreed upon return date, normally two weeks after receipt of the item. We reserve the right to refuse service or sales when sales appear to be fraudulent or deemed necessary. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any items purchased by special order which are returned.
