Ordering, Shipping and Returns
Online orders can be paid for with Visa, American Express, Diner's Club, Discover and Mastercard. We also offer the ability to use PayPal, Apple Pay and Shopify, Google Pay, MetaPay, Bacontact, and iDEAL for online purchases.
Orders will be shipped within two to three business days after receipt of the order.
SatyaCenter ships products via UPS or United States Postal Service.
If you prefer a different shipping company please contact us and we can make arrangements.
SatyaCenter.com is a Network Solutions certified secure site, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your credit card number and personal information on the Internet. Powerful encryption algorithms scramble your credit card number and personal information so that it cannot be decoded or read even if intercepted in transit.
Orders for Services
SatyaCenter services must be scheduled via email or phone call PRIOR TO PAYMENT. You can email us or call 336-842-5083 to schedule sessions.
You will receive a confirmation email when you schedule the session and an email reminder 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Once you have scheduled a distance Reiki session or telephone consultation, you must provide us with your credit card number, either by email or over the telephone in advance. In the event that you cancel your session within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged for the session.
Your credit card will be charged for the distance or telephone session on the day of the session, prior to your appointment.
For sessions conducted at our Winston Salem, North Carolina office, you may pay in person, by credit card or in cash.
If you prefer to pay over the telephone, please have your credit card information available and call us at 336-842-5083. We can easily help you schedule sessions, arrange for special or international shipping arrangements.
Special Orders & Lay Away
Special orders which come from our jeweler direct to you (pendants not seen on our site currently, but are arranged specially for you) will not qualify for free shipping. These Special Orders do not qualify for discounts. Lay away items will also not qualify for free shipping or discounts.
International OrdersFor international orders, email us or call us at 336-842-5083 and we will be happy to make arrangements. International customers are responsible for any duty tax fees.
Tracking Your Package (US Orders Only)
You can track your package at the UPS website, or call 1-800-PICKUPS. You will need your tracking number, which we will send you via email when the package ships.
We take great care in packaging your order. If you receive a broken item, SatyaCenter will replace that item. Call us at 336-842-5083 and we'll be happy to take care of you.
If you are unhappy with an item purchased from SatyaCenter.com, email us or call us at 336-842-5083 within 14 days and we will be happy to make an adjustment for you. We cannot accept returns on services. We can not refund shipping and handling costs. In any case, we will not accept the return of any item without first authorizing it. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any item returned after the agreed upon return date, normally two weeks after receipt of the item. We reserve the right to refuse service or sales when sales appear to be fraudulent or deemed necessary. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any items purchased by special order which are returned.
Please Note: All Pendants returned without a pendant box (if received with one) or a chain which was included with purchase will be charged a restocking fee of up to $15.
All items returned MUST be in the original condition in which they were received.
