This Rose de France Amethyst Super Nova Pendant with Round Blue Topaz Crown comes with an 18 inch sterling silver chain in a velveteen jewelry box for safe keeping.

The combination of Rose de France Amethyst and Blue Topaz activates and energizes the throat and crown chakras, linking our powers of communication with the loving wisdom found in Higher Mind.

As you can see in the close up pictures below, there are some tiny inner inclusions in the amethyst, but they do not reach the surface and they are invisible to the naked eye.

Metaphysical Properties of the Super Nova Cut

This remarkable pendant combines two spectacular cuts.

On the back of the Rose de France gemstone is a modified Millennium Cut, a starburst pattern that was created in the early years of the 21st Century by master jewelers to reflect the emerging consciousness of a new millennium.

The surface of the Rose de France Amethyst gemstone is laced with an intricate pattern of flat hexagons, like a honeycomb or the eye of a honeybee.

The compound eye of a honeybee consists of an array of hexagonal visual sensors designed to maximize the honeybee's ability to detect tiny movements in shadow and in the lower, infrared light frequencies, enabling the honeybee to achieve maximum awareness of predator movements in deep shadow and also provides amazingly acute peripheral vision.

The honeycomb is also composed of hexagonal cells, so we call this cut the honeycomb cut, and this unique cut is said to help the bearer to bring to consciousness all the information that is normally held subliminally, in the unconscious mind, or which is in the periphery of consciousness and awareness.

This honeycomb cut pendant can help to render the bearer much more acutely perceptive, and to enhance the critical spiritual faculty of discernment, which is so vital to us all in today's rapidly changing, tumultuous global environment.

It is difficult to capture both the millennium cut back faces of the pendant and the honeycomb cut in photos, but you can see at least one or two of the hexagonal faces on the surface of this remarkable pendant in this photo.

Metaphysical and Mineralogical Properties of Blue Topaz

Topaz is an extremely hard gemstone composed of Aluminum Fluorsilicate, which often grows as orthorhombic crystals in igneous, high-temperature rock formations. Gem quality Topaz can be found in a variety of colors, from colorless to pale greenish-yellow, yellow, orange-yellow and even the rarest coloration, blue.

Topaz is a prismatic crystal which seems to hold the qualities of the etheric, both as an attractor and as a conductor. Topaz is a valuable manifestation stone, which can help in visualizations designed to imprint your desired outcome in the subtle energy realms, and to act as a kind of subtle energy magnet, attracting that desired outcome into your life.

Topaz gets its name from the ancient Red Sea island once known as "Topazios", now called St. John's. Legend has it that the word "Topazios" meant "to seek" and that the island where this stone was first found was always surrounded by thick fog, making access to the stone difficult at best.

Topaz has been considered a valuable spiritual ally by the African bushmen for millennia.Their shamanic practitioners have used Topaz in traditional healing ceremonies, to connect with spirits departed from the Earth plane, and especially to attract wealth and health.

Topaz is known as a stone of love and worldly success. Topaz infuses the wearer with confidence while dispelling the fog of self-doubts and expels negativity from the user while encouraging attitudes of playfulness, joy and creativity.

For these reasons, Topaz is thought to be the ideal stone to strengthen attitudes and energies of self-love.

Metaphysical and Mineralogical Properties of Rose de France Amethyst

Amethyst is the gemstone variety of quartz, produced by the presence of manganese in clear quartz crystal. Increments of iron within the crystal as it formed vary the color of the amethyst, which ranges from pale lilac to deep purple. Amethyst has been popular with royalty, sages, mystics and magicians for centuries.

Fine amethysts are featured in the British Crown Jewels and were also a favorite of Catherine the Great and Egyptian royalty, as well as being featured elements in the fabled breastplate of the High Priest in the Old Testament and gemstones traditionally placed in rings of ranking members of the Roman Catholic Church.

Amethyst is also prized by Lightworkers and crystal healers for its unique energetic properties and its powerful and beneficial effects on mind, body and aura.

Amethyst is said to enhance spirituality, raise the vibrational level of the holder, cleanse the astral, etheric and physical bodies, and produce a peaceful, tranquil state of mind.

Amethyst works to open and energize the crown chakra, associated with the colors violet, gold and white in the Western mystery school tradition. Amethyst is said to enhance spirituality, raise the vibrational level of the holder, cleanse the astral, etheric and physical bodies, and produce a peaceful, tranquil state of mind.

Rose de France amethyst combines the traditional spiritual properties of amethyst with the healing properties of the Rosy Ray, which is associated with the heart chakra in the Western mystery school tradition.

Working on the heart, the fourth chakra, Rose de France amethyst works to transmute heartache, heartbreak and the deleterious effects of anger we have experienced in our lives, into the energy of unconditional love, healing the wounds we have suffered in our emotional body.

Rose de France amethyst also empowers us and strengthens us by its energizing effect on the heart chakra, giving us the strength and courage we need to allow our selves to open our hearts fully and experience the compassion known by Jesus and Buddha , the joy and sorrow that accompany the awareness of the interdependence of all living beings.

Leonardo Da Vinci wrote that amethyst was able to dissipate evil thoughts and quicken the intelligence. “Because amethyst was thought to encourage celibacy and symbolize piety, amethyst was very important in the ornamentation of Catholic and other churches in the Middle Ages. It was, in particular, considered to be the stone of bishops and they still often wear amethyst rings,” continues the website of Independent Certified Gemologists and Appraisers. “In Tibet, amethyst is considered to be sacred to Buddha and rosaries are often fashioned from it.”

Because amethyst is classically the stone of sobriety, purity and chastity and would be an excellent stone for those with tendencies toward addictive behavior, or for those spiritual seekers intent upon transformation through the progressive purification of mind, body and aura.

In the pantheon of modern day New Age Guides and Teachers, the Count de Saint Germain is called “The World Teacher” and “The Master of the Violet Ray” and is thought to communicate mind-to-mind with many, many students around the world. There is thought to be a large contingent of his students alive today in the United States, the center of modern Empire, just as Paris was the center of European Empire at the time of St. Germain.

Many New Age students of St. Germain utilize crystals and gemstones in their spiritual practice, for healing and in meditation, in a modern alchemical quest for Higher Self, Higher Mind and Higher Purpose. Modern New Age practice encompasses a belief in the theory of karma and reincarnation. The belief in reincarnation has its roots in the Hindu and Egyptian Mystery School traditions, and is fundamental to the Greek Mystery School Tradition of the pre-Socratic philosophers, as we have already discovered.

New Age students of the Ancient Wisdom Teachings often utilize crystals and gemstones, along with meditation techniques, Reiki and past life regression therapy to access memories of past lives, and to release the detrimental patterns of behavior, negative emotions and outmoded mental maps of the world imprinted in our cells, our hearts, our minds and our karma from traumas experienced aeons ago.

Many of these modern acolytes of the Great Alchemist utilize crystals and gemstones thought to resonate with the energy vibration of the Violet Ray, which is said to be used under the guidance of St. Germain for purification and to raise the kundalini energy in a quest for Unity Consciousness. Such crystals and gems include especially amethyst, that violet colored form of quartz once so favored by the Pope and Bishops of the Catholic Church.

We often use Amethyst for psychic protection, purification and to clarify things of a spiritual nature. See our article on Psychic Self Defense for more information along these lines with many suggestions on how to protect yourself from unwanted energies.
