Happy Merry Blessed Christmas Solstice New Year to everyone!
This Full Moon at 22° Gemini occurs on Tuesday, November 13th at 7:05 PM Eastern Standard Time. Sun and Saturn in Sagittarius and Moon in Gemini will square Neptune in Pisces.
There will be a lot of mental activity (Gemini), a surplus of righteous striving (Sagittarius) and a double helping of astral glamours, propaganda wars and emotional and mental confusion (Neptune in Pisces).
So unfortunately, this is not a soothing and tranquil Full Moon leading in to the Winter Solstice on Wednesday, December 21st and Christmas Day on December 25th. Quite the opposite.
The Full Moon in Gemini is sextile Uranus in Aries and trine Jupiter in Libra, so for those who can center themselves and stay grounded (Jupiter in Libra) in the midst of emotional and mental turbulence manifesting in the collective consciousness of humanity, there is tremendous support for innovative projects of all kinds (Uranus in Aries).
Meditation practices and visualizations can produce visionary breakthroughs in all areas of life, as long as we exercise the power of discernment to separate inner spiritual guidance from wishful thinking, paranoia, and collective illusions and delusions.
We highly recommend taking the time to perform the Winter Solstice Gabriel Meditation, a simplified version of an Ancient technique that was originally offered only to advanced students of the Western Mystery School traditions.

Gabriel is the Archangel known as the Leader of the Heavenly Hosts, the Messenger of the Lord. As Messenger of the Lord, Gabriel is first and foremost the Archangel of Vision, and also the Archangel of revelation, creativity and faithful service.
Gabriel is known as the messenger who brings good news from Divine realms. In the Old Testament, in the Book of Daniel, verses 8 and 9, Gabriel appeared to interpret Daniel’s dream vision of the future of Israel to the prophet.
Jewish sacred tradition says that Gabriel inspired Moses to write the Book of Genesis, and that Gabriel taught Joseph the 70 languages he needed to rule in Egypt.
Islam teaches that the Archangel Gabriel revealed the 114 chapters of the Koran to Mohammed.
Most famously, as the self-announced “Bearer of Good Tidings of Great Joy”, Gabriel appeared to the Virgin Mary bearing a lily flower at the time of the Annunciation, bringing her the Good News that she was to become the Divine Mother of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. This moment was at once a revelation, a fulfillment of prophecy, an interpretation of a sacred vision, and a unique sacred empowerment of the Virgin Mary.

2016 Global Weather Recap
We are nearing the end of a contentious, conflicted, disturbing year, and that’s a good thing. We all need a breather. 2016 has upended conventional expectations and conventional wisdom in every area of life.
Since the 2008 financial crisis erupted, we have consistently reported to you on the series of epoch making outer planet configurations in Cardinal signs, including the infamous Grand Cardinal Cross, and explained how these starry patterns coincide with breakdowns in existing political and financial systems.
The 2008 crisis of confidence in existing systems resulted in the election of Barack Obama, the self-anointed agent of change and hope. Unprecedented actions by central banks around the world resulted in multi-trillion dollar bank bail-outs. In Europe, unelected bankers and politicians in Brussels forced European countries to implement unprecedented austerity measures. Countries like Greece and Ireland had never imagined their neighbors would treat them like bankrupt Third World countries were treated in the 20th Century. But that is what happened.
The feverish global efforts to patch up shaky global political and financial systems did create a bull market that has enriched the 1% while the rest of us suffer from economic malaise that keeps wages low and mandates cuts in social services in advanced economies worldwide.
However the deep seated anger seething in the collective consciousness of those who see themselves as victims of the existing order finally boiled over in 2016.
This year, the 35 year old neoliberal global consensus initiated by Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher, supporting existing political and economic arrangements, seems to be in a state of accelerating disintegration.
In Great Britain voters elected to leave the European Union in June, weakening the already troubled continental political and economic system, sending a clear message of no confidence in existing political leadership.
As the remaining members of the Eurozone continue to struggle with the aftermath of the 2008 Global Financial Meltdown, Italian banks seem to be on the verge of another crash, and extreme right wing politicians like Marine Le Pen in France are rising to positions of increased power across the region. Le Pen has a substantial lead in the polls to be the next President of France.
It’s clear that here in America the majority of people have lost confidence in the existing political leadership, in the news media, and in the American dream that has captured the imagination of people around the world.
The election of Donald Trump stands as a repudiation of the existing leadership of both the Republican and Democratic parties, but there is no evidence that either party has the ability to craft policies that would actually benefit the 99% of Americans who are not enriching themselves through speculation on central bank driven financial bubbles.
President elect Donald Trump makes no secret of his desire to upend existing relationships with America’s allies and frenemies around the world, and to re-negotiate existing alliances, trade agreements, and political arrangements.
Trump promises to make America great again, and was elected in large part because of his white-hot rhetoric directed against Wall Street financiers, Washington insiders and Hillary Clinton, whom he mocked for close ties to Goldman Sachs investment bank. Trump also claimed that Hillary was a war-monger and that he would cut back on America’s global Imperial commitments.
Since his election, Trump has begun to assemble a Cabinet composed of alumni of Goldman Sachs, assorted billionaires, a coterie of extremely belligerent retired military officers, and, yes, even Republican leaders and feeble Presidential wannabes like Ben Carson. That’s not to mention the potential ascent of Exxon CEO and climate change denier in chief Rex Tillerson to the position of Secretary of State.
The new Cabinet signals Trump’s true agenda which appears to be to create a uniquely American form of crony capitalism and Banana Republican militarism that could destabilize the existing world order further and faster, while enacting a traditional Republican wish list: tax cuts for giant corporations and billionaires, gutting of environmental regulations, gutting of Social Security and Medicare, a war on women’s reproductive rights, a war on immigrants, and a war on the media and on First Amendment rights in general.
Oh yeh, and of course repeal of Obamacare.
This is not a recipe for restoring the fortunes of the enraged middle classes who voted Trump into office. So in the long run we can expect further outbursts of fresh anger from the majority of Americans.
Governing America like a Banana Republic is not a recipe for restoring America’s greatness, or for convincing a beleaguered global community that America is the natural world leader and obvious choice to impose Imperial rule on the global financial system and function as the world’s necessary policeman.
Regardless of your political persuasion, it’s obvious that this election did more to undermine America’s position as world leader than anything that has happened in my lifetime.
America has engaged in a 15 year long series of wars in the Middle East that were supposed to export American style politics to the region and result in the creation of viable Western style democracies that would by definition never go to war with one another. Because they’re democracies, right?
That didn’t happen and isn’t going to happen. But America did spend trillions of dollars on these futile wars, and hundreds of thousands have died. Millions upon millions of refugees from these wars have nowhere to turn for help.
But democracy, or at least the myth of democracy, is still strong in America. Except now we’ve had an American election that has been denounced by leaders of both political parties as rigged, and it is clear that the losers do not fully accept the results of the election.
Donald Trump claimed the results of the Republican primaries and the general election were rigged, until he won. They he decided the elections were totally fine.
Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by more than 2.5 million votes but lost the Electoral College vote. Now many Democrats want to eliminate the Electoral College. First Al Gore and now Hillary Clinton were defeated by the Electoral College system, after all. There is a growing movement among Democrats to try to get the results of the election reversed on December 19, when the Electoral College votes and the final results are tallied. This is unlikely to say the least, but the end result will be a feeling that Donald Trump is not the legitimate President of the United States among a large group of voters and political actors.
Further, the Democratic Party seems now to believe that the election was indeed “rigged” – by Russia and the FBI.
The elite press is full of reports from unnamed sources in the CIA explaining that although no votes were tampered with, somehow Russian hackers leaking documents from Hillary’s campaign and Democratic Party leaders led to Trump’s victory. Wikileaks, the source of those documents, denies Russian involvement.
As for the FBI, Director Comey claimed that his agency would continue to investigate Hillary’s email scandal in a press release just prior to the election, which Democrats claim torpedoed Hillary’s chances for a huge win. Comey backed down from his proposed investigation a couple of days later, but by then the damage had been done.
Donald Trump has since refused to participate in daily intelligence briefings from the CIA, and it’s pretty obvious that he perceives the CIA to be a creature of the Democratic Party.
So now it appears that the CIA and the FBI are not neutral intelligence and policing agencies, but rather tools of one political faction or another. This is a situation reminiscent of Banana Republics in Latin America or Eastern European strongman “democracies” which are governed by oligarchies of inter-connected and constantly warring generals, billionaires and corporate Titans.
America is in uncharted waters now. The rest of the world is watching in surprise, consternation and concern. It is in part up to each one of us to contribute to the positive resolution of the polarities that are tearing the country apart.
It is vital to exercise discernment, to remain unswayed by the propaganda tides unleashed by politicians, spooks, media and corporate powers that be.
It is important to maintain a clear view of reality in the face of unprecedented attempts to control humanity’s mental and emotional bodies.
It is our task to maintain faith in the future of humanity during this dark time, and to remain steadfast in our spiritual practices, using the tools we have to create a centered, grounded consciousness, and to work as we can to disseminate love and light to all those with whom we are connected on planet Earth.
Our Cosmic Weather Forecast indicates that the disruptive events of 2016 are just a prelude, and that earth-shaking changes will reshape our society in the near future.
Since 2008, we have seen a series of squares between Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn that pit the rebellious masses (Uranus in Aries) against the oligarchs and captains of the world order (Pluto in Capricorn). These squares created the basis for the unfolding Grand Cardinal Cross that dominates Cosmic Weather patterns this decade.
Now a new configuration of outer planets in Cardinal signs looms, with vast consequences for the further unfolding of the systemic conflicts and breakdowns we have seen so far.
This Full Moon we see a T-square with Mercury and Pluto in Capricorn at the apex, and the Jupiter in Libra/Uranus in Aries opposition as the base. As you can see this reactivates the Uranus-Pluto squares that are shaking our world.
This Cardinal T-square appeared in November 2016, coinciding with the election of Donald Trump and the subsequent loss of $1.5 trillion dollars in global bond markets, and persists through August 2017.
Astrologers have identified two upcoming moments when the energies of this T-square will be at their peak power: December 19-January 12, 2016, and February 22-April 21, 2017.
It is notable that the Electoral College meets on December 19 of this year to determine the final victor in the Presidential election, and the inauguration of President Trump is scheduled for January 20, 2017. It’s safe to predict political turmoil during this period, and there is also a good chance of financial turbulence in world markets.
The potential for drastic sell-offs in markets and for political conflict on a massive scale extends throughout next spring and into the summer.
Historically speaking, revolutions do happen with these aspects. The Jupiter-Uranus-Pluto T-square appeared in the skies when Maximilien Robespierre ordered the execution of King Louis XVI of France.
The last time this T-square appeared, in the period between August 2013 and May 2014, massive protests in France destroyed the credibility of French President Francois Hollande, and France’s socialist Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault resigned. Right wing extremists made huge gains in municipal elections at this time.
During this same period, right wing extremist politicians led the Ukrainian Revolution.
As we mentioned already, as this instance of the T-square unfolds, French right-wing nationalist Marine Le Pen is the new frontrunner for President of France.
So, to recap -- Cosmic weather patterns have been stormy and stressful, the collective consciousness of humanity is clouded with anxiety, fear and anger, and the astral realms are saturated with glamours cast by powerful individuals and institutions seeking to bend the collective to their egocentric wills.
The forecast is for more of the same, and with Jupiter involved the sturm and drang will increase in every area of life.
