June 2020 Sagittarius Full Moon Eclipse, Gemini Solar Festival, Summer Solstice  Cosmic Weather Forecast

Welcome to the June 2020 Cosmic Weather Forecast. Warm greetings from your editors, Jane Sherry and Curtis Lang in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This Friday, June 5, we celebrate the Full Moon Eclipse in Sagittarius and the last of the three great spring time spiritual festivals, the Gemini Solar Festival of Goodwill.

We'd all like to believe that despite rampant racism, police brutality, riots in the streets, a global economic meltdown, runaway climate change and a global pandemic, threats of war and greedy, incompetent leaders, we can weather the storm and eventually reach a place of safety, love and light. Let us celebrate Goodwill amongst all humanity this Full Moon, and meditate to receive the grace and guidance we need in this time of troubles.

At the Aries Solar Festival of Easter we celebrated the renewal of life and the return of the light after a long winter season.

During the Taurus Solar Festival of Buddha's birthday and Wesak we celebrated our union with the global Spiritual Hierarchy, and the triumph of the Higher Mind over the egoistic personality.

At the time of this Gemini Solar Festival we celebrate an overflowing abundance of spiritual guidance, love and light that pours forth from Source, the stars, and the Cosmic Christ Consciousness.

During this month's Festival of Goodwill we open our minds and hearts to receive the grace and guidance we need to achieve our spiritual and material goals during the year to come. We share our abundance with all of humanity.

We've had more rain in the last week than Winston Salem normally has during the entire month of May, and this is the second double rainbow we've featured in our last two newsletters. Recently, Tropical Storm Bertha arrived, bringing high winds and rain, after soaking Miami with around 12 inches of rain in two days.

Meteorologists predict a more active than normal Atlantic hurricane season and tropical storm action has started early. I think we'd better all prepare for an intense summer and fall season of extreme weather events.

When we see rainbows Jane and I take it as a sign, since rainbows figured prominently among the many signs and synchronicities we experienced the summer of 1980, when we met in Manhattan. Meeting one another triggered spontaneous past life regressions and we recognized each other as soulmates. It was a long hot summer, with a drought that parched the entire country. We were young and broke, but we recognized magic when it erupted into our lives.

Jane and I went on a long road trip from New York down the East Coast to Florida and then on to Houston, Texas, in a white Buick Regal with a circular rainbow on the roof, and everywhere we went drought breaking rains arrived simultaneously. That's how Jane got her nickname, Raina Jane. We did see rainbows then!

After a magical, romantic summer, we broke up, and it was several years before we got back together again. During those years apart, I often thought of the rainbows and the Universe kept telling me we would get back together again, despite all evidence to the contrary. But that's another, longer story for another time.

Whenever we see rainbows now, forty years later, they still spark a moment of everyday magic. We have a lot of rainbow experience now, and we always take rainbows as signs from Source and our Guides. Usually rainbows are telling us that we should buckle up and prepare for a bumpy ride, but that we should know there will be a happy ending.

We'd all like to believe that despite rampant racism, police brutality, riots in the streets, a global economic meltdown, runaway climate change and a global pandemic, threats of war and greedy, incompetent leaders, we can weather the storm and eventually reach a place of safety, love and light. Jane and I know that the rainbows in our lives are a sign of hope for the future.

Today, Jane and I are extremely grateful to the Universe, our Guides and Teachers, and our Guardian Angels for the forty years we've known one another. The rainbows are telling us that despite every obstacle, in the long run, love will overcome, and love will never lose its own.

We can say with confidence to all those confronting challenges of all kinds in their lives that NOW is the time to let go of old ways of thinking, old ways of living, old ways of coping with stress, and outdated mental maps of the world. NOW is the time to open up to new inspiration, coming to us at this Sagittarius Full Moon Eclipse and Gemini Solar Festival of Goodwill, for the eclipse is a time of endings and new beginnings.

Last month, we warned about the potential for civil unrest during the Venus retrograde period, from May 13 - June 25.

"Disillusionment and disenchantment are hallmarks of Venus retrograde," we explained. "Disillusionment concerning the activities of governments and corporations is likely to spread during the retrograde of Venus and Jupiter. Disenchantment related to working people's economic prospects combined with skepticism about the fairness of the multi-trillion dollar bailouts of financial markets is likely to erupt into further outbursts of collective anger and protest during the next several weeks and in months to come, in countries around the world."

Little did we know the extent of the outrage to come!

The Cosmic Weather Forecast for June calls for continued intermittent emotional outbursts of frustrated Mars energy punctuated by flashes of intuitive Mercurial insight, culminating in a reprise of the heavy, threatening Plutonic pandemic energies encountered in April at the height of the global Coronavirus outbreak. We may all [once again] feel a little like Persephone when she was abducted by Pluto, aka Hades, and taken to the Underworld.

The June 2020 Full Moon Eclipse occurs at 3:12 PM EDT on Friday June 5th, at 15º 34' Sagittarius, and is opposed by Sun at 15º 34' Gemini.

We celebrate the Gemini Solar Festival, also known as the Festival of Goodwill. You'll find more on how to participate in this global spring spiritual festival a bit further down in this newsletter, including a beautiful meditation we all can share.

At the time of the Sagittarius Full Moon Eclipse Mars in Pisces squares the Sun in Gemini, a mutable planet square that indicates overly aggressive behavior in group settings, paranoid over-reaction to people who we perceive as belonging to another "tribe" and potential eruptions of social conflicts on a large scale.

In America, the red and blue tribes are polarizing rapidly, in the run up to the November Presidential election.

We've all seen the headlines about people spitting at one another in grocery stores for wearing masks, for not wearing masks, or for asking others to wear masks in public. In the absence of definitive scientific proof concerning the origins of coronavirus or a social consensus on the best response to the pandemic, responses to social distancing and the use of face masks have become social markers indicating political affiliations in an increasingly polarized America.

We know about the white woman in Central Park, Manhattan, who was not walking her dog with a leash, as is required, and was confronted by an African-American man with a video camera who asked her to leash her dog. The woman was videotaped yelling at him that she would call the police and report that a black man was threatening her life. She lost her job and is now utterly Internet-shamed.

A week or so after this viral video documenting casual white privilege and upper middle class racism surfaced, the eight minute long strangulation police murder of unarmed African American citizen George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota while in police custody has touched off a firestorm of protest on a scale last seen after the murder of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in the Nineteen Sixties.

Decades of unchecked police brutality and ongoing police murders of African American citizens have sparked eruptions of anger, principled nonviolent mass demonstrations, and triggered riots and looting from coast to coast. Curfews and confrontations between police and protestors have roiled America's cities across the country for over a week.

Black Lives Matter protests organized by African Americans have provided a big political tent, attracting participants of every race and ethnic background, including large numbers of young white people. (videovideo)

Based upon interviews with participants, it appears that the vast majority of protestors are members of the New Precariat, employed in the gig economy, and most probably without the ability to pay for their next month's food and rent during the pandemic lockdown, even after receiving a puny check from the federal government a month ago.

African Americans and Latinx Americans have been disproportionately affected by the coronavirus pandemic and by the economic fallout from the lockdowns and shutdowns we have experienced in efforts to combat the spread of the virus. Their communities could well be devastated for years to come. It is not surprising that with their collective backs to the wall, business as usual, consisting of casual white racism, police brutality and unchecked police murders, has triggered national demonstrations on a vast scale.

The demonstrations and civil unrest have been met with an astounding display of police violence on a level that the American government would roundly condemn in Third World countries, although there are instances of heavily armored police "taking a knee" in solidarity with protestors in Houston, Atlanta, and here in North Carolina.

More than 100 journalists have been attacked, some shot and arrested even after identifying themselves as members of the "free" press.

Entire neighborhoods in Washington D.C. and other cities have been invaded by a flood of heavily armored police and National Guard troops who have shot tear gas and rubber bullets at innocents standing on their own porches, forcibly pulled young black people from parked cars and roughed them up, and enforced neighborhood lockdowns in areas composed of predominantly African American and Latinx residents.

The response of the news media generally has been to say that it’s a shame that George Floyd was killed by police while visibly unarmed, harmless and in custody (just as countless other African Americans have been brutalized and killed by the police in America during the course of my lifetime), but the destruction of property and looting have to stop. This is a good example of faulty priorities.

The truth is that it’s a shame that there has been destruction of property and looting. But racism, police brutality and murder of African Americans, and the exploitation of minority communities and the economic precariat in general MUST END NOW.

"Black activist and prominent social critic Cornel West . . . linked the ongoing protests in America to anger over the 'vicious legacy of white supremacy' and the 'collapse of the legitimacy of leadership.'”

“The beautiful thing is we’re seeing citizens who are caring and concerned. They’re hitting the streets,” the Harvard Divinity School professor told Chris Wallace on “Fox News Sunday.”

“The problem is we have a system that’s not responding and seems to be unable to respond,” West added.

The reason that the riots of 1968 are recurring in 2020 is because racism, police brutality, economic exploitation and the impunity of the white upper classes has continued without any substantial changes since that time.

The failure of the United States to successfully ameliorate the causes of the Nineteen Sixties uprisings after more than 50 years of economic expansion and unchallenged global pre-eminence constitutes the most searing indictment of the post World War II American Empire and of American democracy that we have seen to date.

“What we’re seeing here is the ways in which the vicious legacy of white supremacy manifests in organized hatred, greed and corruption,” Professor West said. “We’re dealing with moral meltdown ... We’re witnessing the collapse of the legitimacy of leadership, the political class, the economic class, the professional class. That’s the deeper crisis.”

Asked about the violence and looting in some of the protests, West emphasized that “most of my fellow citizens, God bless them, that are in the streets are there peaceful, or are there marching.”

“Looting is wrong," West explained, "but legalized looting is wrong, too ... I look at the wickedness in high places first and then keep track of the least of these.”

“If we’re more concerned about the property and spillover than the poverty, decrepit school systems, dilapidated housing, massive unemployment and underemployment,” West warned, “we’re going to be doing this every five, every 10, every 20 years.”

The whole world is watching in horror as Donald Trump threatens to unleash the military on unarmed Black Lives Matter protestors after affirming for years that white supremacists and neo-Nazis armed with automatic weapons and carrying torches are groups with some “pretty good people” among them.

The president threatened to kill the unarmed protesters:

...These THUGS are dishonoring the memory of George Floyd, and I won’t let that happen. Just spoke to Governor Tim Walz and told him that the Military is with him all the way. Any difficulty and we will assume control but, when the looting starts, the shooting starts. Thank you!

Trump's wordplay had an historically racist undertone:

When the looting starts, the shooting starts,” is a threat coined by Miami Police Chief Walter Headley, who promised violent reprisals on black protesters in 1967. He also said: “We don’t mind being accused of police brutality. They haven’t seen anything yet.”

This nationwide uprising against a corrupt leadership class is only one of several grave American emergencies unfolding on the world stage today.

While other countries have had successes in controlling the spread of the pandemic, using a variety of technical and social tools, America’s fumbling, politicized response to the pandemic has convinced the world that the global hegemon, now Ground Zero for coronavirus cases and deaths, cannot effectively manage a domestic crisis that much smaller, less powerful countries such as South Korean, Taiwan, Italy, and New Zealand have curbed while generating dramatically less self-inflicted social and economic damage.

Economic catastrophe is being precipitated by global lockdowns of billions of people designed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. Large segments of the global economy are closed. Surging unemployment in America now exceeds what was experienced during the Great Depression of the early Twentieth Century. We face a high probability of a lost decade of economic depression.

What to do? The American response has been to reinflate a historic stock and bond market bubble thanks to the Federal Reserve Bank's multi trillion dollar bailout of Wall Street, big banks and large corporations. Even in the midst of a global economic meltdown, the rich continue to get richer while the poor cannot pay rent or buy food.

"The ruling elites no longer have legitimacy," exclaims jounalist and activist Chris Hedges, in an article on the Common Dreams website. "They have destroyed our capitalist democracy and replaced it with a mafia state. What the Roman philosopher Cicero called a commonwealth, a res publica, a public thing or the property of a people, has been transformed into an instrument of naked pillage and repression on behalf of a global corporate oligarchy. We are serfs ruled by obscenely rich, omnipotent masters who loot the U.S. Treasury, pay little or no taxes and have perverted the judiciary, the media and the legislative branches of government to strip us of civil liberties and give them the freedom to commit financial fraud and theft."

In the face of a tsunami of unemployment, after sending small checks to taxpayers, the Senate majority leader, Republican Mitch McConnell, wants to cut Medicare and Social Security benefits, which would claw back far more from the middle classes and the working poor than what they received as a one time band-aid payment.

Once again, the rest of the world is watching, and they are horrified by the brutality, callousness, and unenlightened self interest manifested by America’s ruling classes.

As a result of the lopsided bailout, rampant inequality is increasing exponentially on a daily basis. A deeply fragmented American society, polarized along race and class lines of fracture, is generating increased animosity and belligerent political and social confrontations across the country.

On the international stage, the trade war between China and the United States continues to escalate, inflicting further damage on the severely wounded global economy. As President Donald Trump flails about ineptly, unable to address the spreading social unrest and the spread of coronavirus, the power and the prestige of China is rising worldwide.

It goes without saying that China has earned global accolades for its deft handling of the Wuhan outbreak and its ability to minimize casualties and cases while engineering a fairly rapid re-opening of its economy. The global community marveled as Chinese aid flooded into Italy as that country suffered from an early onset surge of coronavirus cases.

This week China flexed its diplomatic muscles by announcing the end of Hong Kong’s autonomy, which was guaranteed by the 1997 agreement by which the British handed the island banking powerhouse over to Chinese rule. After enduring many months of social unrest similar to what we’ve recently seen in America, Chinese authorities have announced they will implement a new set of laws that will effectively strip Hong Kong residents of their special status, reducing their freedoms, and subjecting them to the same draconian controls applied to mainland Chinese citizens.

This repudiation of the 1997 agreement has not been countered by the Trump administration in any meaningful way. The standard Trumpian rhetoric about Chinese human rights abuses was successfully countered by Chinese charges that the US is engaged in multiple human rights violations, and hypocritically attacking China while using the same types of policing measures seen in Hong Kong. China threatened "counter measures" if the US continued "going down the wrong path".

While China is enhancing its financial support for the United Nations, Trump is pulling America out of the World Health Organization, a move that the vast majority of scientists and physicians worldwide believe to be extremely damaging to the global effort to contain the coronavirus epidemic and develop an array of new antiviral drugs and vaccines.

Overall, Trump has weakened America's participation in the United Nations throughout his Presidency, while China takes on more and more responsibilities in that global diplomatic body.

Early in 2017, Trump drafted an executive order reducing U.S. contributions to the UN, which he described as “wasteful and counter-productive.” Whenever Trump has addressed the UN, he has explicitly proclaimed a retreat from America's traditional post World War II role as hegemon and underwriter of a global world order sustained by multilateral treaties and continual diplomatic initiatives seeking to incorporate large numbers of allies into economic, military, and humanitarian initiatives.

Trump's America First rhetoric has convinced allies and rivals alike that the United States is no longer interested in a world leadership role.

Meanwhile China continues its Belt and Road Initiative to strike deals with countries across Eurasia for infrastructure development, and is taking on a more and more active role in the United Nations, signaling its willingness to engage as a regional and global leader on the diplomatic stage.

"Currently, four of the 15 UN specialized agencies are headed by Chinese nationals, including the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDP), and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). And with its contribution rising to 12 percent of the UN regular budget, passing Japan at 8.5 percent, China is currently the second-largest monetary contributor to the UN," according to The Diplomat.

The pandemic has exposed America's health care system as the worst performer among all rich countries of the world. America's bailout of the rich and the largest corporations at the expense of the average American reveals American neoliberal economics as a variation on the oligarchic model typical of Third World countries in the Twentieth Century. America's systematic racism has been highlighted for the horror it is, reminiscent of the most backward authoritarian countries in the world.

The total inability of President Trump to bring the country together at a time of crisis and widespread rioting from coast to coast has even prompted one of his most prominent supporters, televangelist Pat Robertson to attack the President's "lack of love" and tone deaf response to a national emergency.

The high point of this American tragedy so far in terms of ironic imagery occurred when Trump appeared for a press conference clutching a Bible while standing in front of a boarded up St. John's Church in Washington D.C., looking a little bit lost, after Secret Service agents and armored police had roughed up peaceful protestors and one or two officiating priests connected to the church as they removed them from the area. So what's next? In the long term, as we've mentioned in previous newsletters, we are on the cusp of America's Pluto return, which stretches out for the next several years. The Pluto return of a country or Empire is the astrological signature most closely correlated with the fall of Empire and revolution or reconstitution of the country's entire political system.

In the short term, the combustible Mars-Sun square perfecting this Full Moon has been in place for much of May and will continue through the end of June. Although many astrologers have rightly focused their attention on the Capricorn Stellium which formed in January 2020 and on the subsequent conjunctions of outer planets in Capricorn that coincided with the global Coronavirus pandemic, it is worth noting that this entire year will be plagued by a series of extremely volatile Mars aspects that will promote aggressive behavior and conflict on both individual and collective levels.

Aggressive behavior and political polarization are likely to increase dramatically as the year progresses. The mutable signs tend to be less forceful in their expression of Mars energy than other signs, but the May-June mutable Sun-Mars square will soon be history. On June 27, Mars enters Aries, square Sun in Cancer, and will stay in the sign of the Ram until January 6, 2021. During that long span of Mars in Aries energy, Mars will make a series of dramatic squares to the outer planets in Capricorn, as well as other fast moving planets. Mars will be retrograde in Aries, and most combustible, from September 9 through November 13, so we can easily forecast the most tumultuous and polarizing Presidential election in America in decades.

For this Full Moon weekend and for the duration of the year, it is important to remain aware of the potential for misplaced aggression, over-reaction, and outright political conflict. Those of us who have tools like prayer, meditation and Reiki are well advised to use those tools to remain as peaceful as possible during the turmoil.

On an individual level, remaining peaceful in the face of provocations of all kinds will serve us well. In times of civil discord, and in times of war, it is the cooler heads that will ultimately prevail.

The Sun enters Cancer, signaling the Summer Solstice on Saturday June 20, at 5:43 pm Eastern Time. We enjoy the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, and the start of winter in the Southern Hemisphere.

This festival was called St. John's Day in the European Mystery School tradition.

It is a time for flowers, for weddings & betrothals, a time for community bonfires, dancing and singing in the fields.

This is is one of the four primary solar holidays of ancient, indigenous peoples and remains sacred to many around the world in the 21st Century. These four solar holidays are the Summer and Winter Solstices, and the Spring and Autumnal Equinoxes. Together they map out the great Cosmic Wheel of the four seasons.

In the Northern Hemisphere, the Summer Solstice Festival is the time of the yearly seasonal cycle when will forces are rising within human beings, plants dance toward the sun, and all of nature is energized by Mother Earth’s outpouring of Universal Life Force energy.

Archangel Uriel Stained Glass

Archangel Uriel

This outpouring energy is directed by Archangel of Summer, Uriel, who presides over the activities of the angels, devas, nature spirits and elementals in the mineral, vegetable, animal and human kingdoms. These beings of Light govern the morphogenetic fields that ensoul, inform, structure and sustain the physical embodiments and lifecycles of minerals, vegetation, animals and humans.

These morphogenetic fields are templates outlining each individual Earth being’s optimal development in accordance with karma, environmental conditions, weather patterns and many other variables.

Summer Solstice is the time when the power of the individual to make conscious choices is at its maximum. The Sabian symbol for the Summer Solstice, and the first degree of Cancer is, On a ship the sailors lower an old flag and raise a new one.

The revolution has begun. This is a pivotal moment in the annual cycle of seasons, a time to initiate dramatic changes in your world. Where in your world is a revolution needed? Resolve to be true to yourself and your personal beliefs. In truth is strength, and through strength, the world can be renewed.

And finally, to end the month, another Jupiter/Pluto conjunction in Capricorn occurs on June 30. The second wave of the Spanish flu began in August 1918 and as it happens, there was a Jupiter/Pluto conjunction during that whole month, when a virulent new strain of the flu took hold.

Not to say that history repeats itself, but often it rhymes. All this month, here in North Carolina generally, and in Forsyth county in particular, the number of Coronavirus cases have been increasing while social controls are being lifted.

It is astounding to see pictures of Americans from coast to coast crowded shoulder to shoulder on beaches, at lakes, and, here in North Carolina, at NASCAR speedways, all without masks, all apparently unconcerned.

Where medical doctors or scientists might see disease vectors proliferating in a myriad of directions when they see these images, Wall Street traders and wealthy investors see consumers spending dollars and financial assets, aka workers once again available to fuel the economic engines of capital growth.

Needless to say, conflicts between the requirements of a science-driven approach to containing the Coronavirus pandemic and the requirements of the politicians and the wealthy for continuous economic growth and ever-higher stock prices are on a collision course.

Twenty First Century Schizoid Man, by King Crimson, Album Cover

Those conflicts will play out as political polarization between red and blue Americans. The handling of the pandemic will become totally politicized. The Presidential election and the future of America's Governors, Mayors and Legislators will be tied to their perceived performance during the crisis. Because the two largest American political parties have created their own utterly incompatible collective realities about how the pandemic began, how it spreads, and how it should best be handled, you can rest assured that intractable conflict lies dead ahead.

America is a functionally schizophrenic nation, sharply divided, of two entirely different minds about the pandemic and about how the country should respond to the political, environmental, medical and economic crisis confronting America and the entire world in 2020. Fasten your seat belts and keep your BS detector turned on 24/7 because the proverbial shit is hitting the fan.

Join us in prayer and meditation during the final Global Spring Full Moon Spiritual Festival of 2020. That may be our best antidote to fake news, propaganda, class war, racism, irrationality, and toxic collective emotions and thought-forms perpetuating fear, anger, paranoia and scapegoating.

The June full moon in Sagittarius is known as the Festival of Humanity, or the Festival of Goodwill, because that is the day that the incarnate and discarnate Guides and Teachers of all the Mystery Schools of the East and West join together to light the flame of inner wisdom in the minds of all humanity. That flame is known as Buddha Mind to the Initiates of the East and Higher Mind to Initiates of the Western Mystery Schools. The full moon in June is the day the Spiritual Hierarchy light the flame of unconditional love in the heart of humanity.

During the Festival of Humanity, the love of Christ and the wisdom of the Buddha are showered down upon the Earth. At this time, spiritual disciples of all paths and lineages and religions around the world receive inspiration and instructions concerning their roles and duties for the upcoming year.

The Hierarchy of Spiritual Guides and Teachers overseeing humanity’s spiritual evolution join with the Cosmic Christ and provide a roadmap of the coming seasonal cycle to all disciples, planting the seeds for all the spiritual activities that disciples are being urged to undertake during the next year.

Most importantly, the Hierarchy and the Cosmic Christ engulf the entire planet with a powerful high-frequency energetic charge known as The Will to Good, which is distributed through power spots around the world to all willing recipients. This energy acts as a powerful stimulant, strengthening the will forces in struggling humanity, and acts as a beneficent power surge, impelling disciples on all paths to internalize the energy of Goodwill, to act with Goodwill toward all, and to strive to establish right human relations in all their activities.

The energy released on the Full Moon Festival of Humanity circulates throughout the etheric body of planet Earth for five full nights and days, 2 1/2 days prior to the Full Moon and for 2 1/2 days after the Full Moon.

All those who wish to participate in this Festival of Humanity would do well to set aside some time during the evening prior to the Full Moon for deep meditation.

If you are unable to meditate at the exact time of the full moon, choose a time within 12 hours before or after the full moon to be part of this global meditation.

Set aside some time at your convenience on the day following the Full Moon for an additional meditation.

To enhance your receptivity to these beneficent energies try these activities on the five nights of the Festival beginning on the eve of the Full Moon:

Simply sit alone, or join with other like-minded individuals and visualize the planet Earth surrounded by a grid of light.

The Christ Consciousness Grid, actually a set of seven grids in rainbow colors that surrounds the Earth, is in the form of a pentagonal dodecahedron with icosahedral caps.

The dodecahedron is one of The Five Platonic Solids. There are only five three dimensional polyhedrons whose faces are identical regular polygons. They are the cube, tetrahedron, octahedron, icosahedron and dodecahedron.

Plato associated the cube with the element of Earth, the tetrahedron with the element of fire, the octahedron with the element of air, and the icosahedron with the element of water.

"There still remained a fifth construction, which the god used for embroidering the constellations on the whole heaven," wrote Plato. That Fifth Element, Spirit, or Universal Life Force energy, is represented by the dodecahedron.

21st Century students of sacred geometry associate the dodecahedron with the energy of the stars, and with the energy of the Zero Point Field, which fills the so-called vacuum of space, within which the stars are embedded.

Astrophysicists, following up the work of 20th Century quantum physicists researching the roots of inertia, found that the void of deep space is in fact a limitless self-sustaining source of Zero Point Energy. Zero Point Energy appeared to some astrophysicists to be the most ubiquitous energy in the Universe.

The Goddess Shakti Dancing with the Divine Serpent
Symbolizes the Energy Sustaining Universal Manifestation

This discovery was instrumental in reframing our understanding of the Universe. Astrophysicists began to question if matter is the fundamental building block of our Universe, as Newtonian physics had proclaimed. Instead, Zero Point Energy, which is coterminous with the vast field of the Void in deep space, appears to be the true origin of all matter in the Cosmos.

The Christ Consciousness Grid, delineating a dodecahedron, symbolizing the Universal energy of Source, is said to play a crucial part in the quickening of humanity’s evolving spiritual consciousness at this time.

The Christ Consciousness Grid is a bridge between our material Universe and the realms of subtle energy that lie beyond the Space-Time Continuum, the home of angels, devas, nature spirits, and our Spiritual Hierarchy.

By tuning in to this matrix of light and consciousness on the five nights of the Full Moon Festival of Humanity, by sending energy to that matrix, and by consciously focusing our intent to unite our energies with all individuals of good will around the world during a day of global meditation, humanity opens a door into the spiritual world, through which Ascended Guides and Teachers associated with Wisdom Schools of both East and West can pour energetic blessings and specific guidance appropriate to the time and place and situation of each and every person taking part in The Festival of Goodwill.

At the Goodwill Festival the Spiritual Hierarchy, guided by the Christ, showers the Will-to-Good upon Planet Earth. All those who participate in meditation during the five nights of the Sagittarius Full Moon receive and distribute these energies into the world.

So, join in the worldwide meditation, ask that all individuals be given the grace and guidance they need during this coming year to fulfill their loftiest spiritual goals. Pray that all those working for peace, justice and restoration of this Garden Planet be given the will forces, the courage, the energy, the endurance and the opportunity to be of maximum service in the world.

Connect through the Christ Consciousness Grid with your fellow Lightworkers, feel their presence and energy, and seek to unite with them during this festival. Together we will all cross the bridge of rainbow light, and unite in Higher Mind with our Guides and Teachers, with Buddha and Christ.

Use your intentions, your prayers, or your favorite crystals to send light and love through the Christ Consciousness Grid to the entire web of life on Planet Earth and you will automatically connect with the Spiritual Hierarchy.

Open yourself to receive the blessings being poured down by Humanity’s Wisdom Teachers, both incarnate and disincarnate, and prepare to receive messages of loving wisdom designed to help accelerate your spiritual and material progress throughout the coming seasons of summer, fall and winter.

Filling ourselves with love and wisdom from Source, together we will distribute our blessings to all of humanity, and to Mother Earth and the myriad beings inhabiting the vast web of life on our blue-green planetary home.

Meditation for the Festival of Goodwill

Our Altar

Place a flower on your altar or near your place of meditation. Place a bowl of water on your altar or near your seat. If you have some water you gathered during the Wesak Full Moon Festival, use that water at this time as an offering to Grandmother Earth.

If possible, light a candle to represent the kindling of the spirit, the awakening of the Higher Mind and the flame of compassion lit within the open heart. You may also burn some incense or sage, to create a spiral pathway from earth to sky, sending an offering to those Beings of Light who join their energies to ours during this Full Moon Festival.

Enjoy this meditation on the day of the Full Moon, celebrating the Festival of Goodwill!

Opening Invocation: "I now see Heaven on Earth; Heaven and Earth as One; the anchoring of the Kingdom of Heaven; the spiritual principles in open expression on earth; thus leading to the universal recognition that all are one."

“The children of humanity are one, and I am one with them.
I seek to love, not hate;
I seek to serve and not exact due service;
I seek to heal, not hurt.

“Let the soul control the outer form,
And life and all events
And bring to light the love
Which underlies the happenings of the time.

“Let vision come and insight.
Let the future stand revealed.
Let inner union demonstrate and outer cleavages be gone.

“Let love prevail.
Let all people love.”

Then sit in meditation, for as long as is suitable for you.

Visualize an egg of swirling multi-colored light surrounding you.

Breathe slowly and deeply from the belly for a count of five on each inbreath, and up to ten on each outbreath.

On each inbreath, visualize a golden light streaming into your aura from above, strengthening your auric field. On each outbreath, visualize light streaming forth from your third eye, ascending to the heavens, to the Christ Consciousness Grid surrounding Planet Earth. As you continue to breathe and meditate, become aware of the myriad streams of light being directed to the Christ Consciousness Grid surrounding the Earth by millions of Lightworkers, seekers and meditators worldwide. Feel the increase in the light around you, within you, and within the Christ Consciousness Grid surrounding the Earth, with each breath you take. Know that as the light increases within you and around you on every inbreath, you direct a more and more powerful stream of energy to the Christ Consciousness Grid and to all humanity with every outbreath.

When you have energized your aura and directed your light to the Christ Consciousness Grid for a few minutes, simply sit in quiet contemplation.

Continue deep breathing, and ask your Ascended Guides and Spiritual Teachers, incarnate or disincarnate, to send you messages containing the loving wisdom you will need to fulfill your spiritual and material goals during the coming year. Ask to be enlightened about golden opportunities for loving service coming your way in the months to com. Ask for loving wisdom you may need to overcome inner and outer difficulties in the year ahead.

Sit quietly and allow messages of love and light and Cosmic wisdom to infuse your mind with grace and guidance from Higher Mind.

Finally, when you are finished, thank your fellow lightworkers, the Spiritual Guides and Teachers of the Wisdom Schools of the East and West, and Grandmother Earth.
Close with a blessing to the whole world:

“Compassion to All Beings
North - South - East - West - Above - Below
Compassion to All Beings.”

Drink the water in your bowl, save for a small amount, which you may sprinkle on living plants or grasses, preferably outside your dwelling, as a final offering to the Earth, and to the devas and nature spirits who work so diligently to optimize, structure and regulate the forces vivifying the natural world.

Jane and I affirm that this Full Moon you all shall receive the grace and guidance you need to fearlessly engage with the retrograde forces so prevalent in our world today, and to envision the solutions to our society's seemingly intractable problems during this Global Festival of Goodwill and for the entire year to come!

Meditation Moment: Remember

Remember the sky that you were born under,
know each of the star’s stories.
Remember the moon, know who she is.
Remember the sun’s birth at dawn, that is the
strongest point of time. Remember sundown
and the giving away to night.
Remember your birth, how your mother struggled
to give you form and breath. You are evidence of
her life, and her mother’s, and hers.
Remember your father. He is your life, also.
Remember the earth whose skin you are:
red earth, black earth, yellow earth, white earth
brown earth, we are earth.
Remember the plants, trees, animal life who all have their
tribes, their families, their histories, too. Talk to them,
listen to them. They are alive poems.
Remember the wind. Remember her voice. She knows the
origin of this universe.
Remember you are all people and all people
are you.
Remember you are this universe and this
universe is you.
Remember all is in motion, is growing, is you.
Remember language comes from this.
Remember the dance language is, that life is.
Remember.
