This pair of elegant and beautiful Sparkling Lapis Gold Flecked Oval Earrings are of exceptional quality, both in the cut of the stones and in the elaborate sterling silver band settings, featuring beaded trim, which allows the stones to breath and function at their highest vibration. This Lapis Lazuli was mined in India and the earrings were handcrafted in India and set into Indian 'sterling' silver bezel with pierced ear open backed wires.
These earrings help to create a beneficient energy field for the bearer which seems to me to be like a shield of protective energy. Lapis Lazuli is an opaque gemstone, slightly softer than quartz crystal with a strong fluorescence under black lights. Lapis is composed of an amalgam of several minerals: lazurite, augite, calcite, diopside, enstatite, mica, hornblende, nosean, sodalite, and often pyrite. The amalgamation of different minerals within the stone can create a wide range of colorful patterns visible on the surface of the stone. Lapis activates the throat and third eye chakras, stimulates impulses toward physical, emotional and mental purity, and helps to overcome depression and enhance states of serenity. Lapis assists in balancing male and female energies within ourselves.
I work with Lapis when I am feeling rundown, feeling 'blue' or want to boost my immune system. I like to sleep near Lapis for this purpose and find that during the next day as well it feels grounding & hooked up with Spirit at the same time, a good catalyst toward Equilibrium!
