Ancient Romans called summer's hottest days, during July and August, the diēs caniculārēs, or “dog days” of summer.
This is the season of the Sirius-Sun conjunction, between July 3 and August 11, when the Sun resides in the Zodiac signs of Cancer and Leo.

This Capricorn Full Moon will appear low on the horizon at 4:37 PM EDT on Thursday July 10th, as we celebrate the Cancer Solar Festival.
Being low on the horizon this Full Moon may appear orange in the sky, since the viewer observes the moon through the thicker atmosphere near the Earth's surface, and that thicker atmosphere scatters shorter wavelengths of light, allowing a preponderance of longer light wavelengths, characteristic of orange and reddish hues, to reach the viewer's field of vision.

For a welcome change of pace, the Cosmic Weather Forecast for this week's Capricorn Full Moon features harmonious interactions among the large, slow-moving, powerful outer planets that correspond to currents in the collective consciousness of humanity experienced as significant vibe-shifts signaling cultural transformations.
Uranus, the planet of inspiration, electrifying change and unexpected encounters with the numinous realms of life, entered Gemini, the sign of the monkey mind, on July 7th, and will be in a strong, flowing sextile with the Saturn/Neptune conjunction in Aries at the time of the Full Moon.
Uranus in hyper-social Gemini will also be in trine to Pluto in communal-minded Aquarius.
Uranus is the cosmic rebel in our solar system. Rotating at nearly a 90 degree angle from the plane of its solar orbit, Uranus appears to spin sideways, with its pole pointed almost directly at the Sun.
Take your cue from Uranus and its flowing aspects to the power planets Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto, and take this opportunity to break free from the constraints of tradition, group-think and rigid social convention.

This was the time of the meteoric ascent of the global American Empire, the unveiling of a new world order.
The two previous transits of Uranus in Gemini occurred during the American Civil War and in 1781, during the American Revolutionary War, when Uranus was first discovered by astronomers.
One way or another, it's highly probable that by the time Uranus has exited Gemini, the American political system and the global American Empire will have changed beyond recognition.
Uranus will be in mercurial Gemini until November, when it retrogrades in to Taurus until April 2026. Next spring Uranus will return to Gemini for a six year run in the sign of social revolutions and quicksilver mental machinations, through 2033.

Practice discernment and seek clarity, because the downside of these powerful outer planet aspects is that political and financial interests will use technological innovations, characteristic of Uranus in Gemini and monopoly power, typical of Pluto in Aquarius, to manipulate the collective consciousness of humanity for their own benefit.

Prepare for political, social and cultural transformations in America and around the world.
These aspects can indicate a powerful revolutionary impulse that will return power to the people.
But the same constellation of smooth, flowing outer planet aspects that empower groups to envision and create new ways of being in the world will also be empowering the Plutocrats who control the cloud capital embedded in our advanced technologies and the politicians who want to use this technology for surveillance and control.

The combination of Uranus in Gemini and Pluto in Aquarius epitomizes the empowerment of billionaire technocrats, while the harmonious aspects between Uranus, Pluto and the Saturn/Neptune conjunction in Aries over the next few years will facilitate the use of emergent technologies to police national borders and to enforce conformity to political, religious and tribal orthodoxies in societies around the world.
These powers can lead us only to self-destruction. Now is the time for us all to seek another way, together.

That Spiritual Unveiling is known as The Externalization of the Hierarchy, when the veil between worlds would thin and the members of the Spiritual Hierarchy, dwelling in Shamballa, would make themselves once again known to humanity, appearing as a perceptible force in the material world.
This monumental spiritual event will be heralded by the coming of The Formless One, also known as The Avatar of Synthesis.
From the archives of the Hierarchy, translated by D.K. in his A Treatise on Cosmic Fire, dictated to Alice Bailey telepathically, we find the following prophesy concerning the Coming Spiritual Awakening.

"Naught can arrest His approach, and none may say Him nay."
"To the darkness of our sphere He rideth alone, and on His approach is seen the uttermost disaster, and the chaos of that which seeketh to withstand."
“The constructive work of the Avatar of Synthesis,” writes Master D.K., “will be apparent to you in the name He is known by; He is coming to the Earth in order to further the manifestation of unity, of oneness and of inter-relation, and He comes, therefore, to wield and apply first ray energy."

"He will charge or galvanize the three groups—the directing Agents in Shamballa, the Nirmanakayas [Buddhas who manifest in the material world], and the New Group of World Servers—with dynamic energy and in a mysterious way, relate them to each other so that a new synthesis and alignment will be present upon the Earth,” predicted the Master D.K.
In his penetrating publication entitled The Coming Avatar of Synthesis, Dorje Jinpa explains that "A very ancient Hindu prophecy from the Vishnu Purana states that before the ‘Formless One’ will appear, “Wealth will be decreasing day by day until nearly the whole world will be deprived. Property alone will confer rank. Devotion will be given to wealth alone. Passion will be the sole bond between the sexes. Falsehood will be the only successful means of litigation. Women will be merely objects of sensual gratification. The Earth will be venerated only for its mineral treasures.”
The antidote for humanity's deplorable condition will be found in the distribution of the energy of the First Ray of Will and Power to groups dedicated to humanity's spiritual renaissance and ascent into higher realms of being.The First Ray of Will and Power is an extremely potent energy which has been considered to be far too dangerous for humanity to safely manipulate, and has therefore been generally with held from humanity.
Theosophists say that in the past, certain individuals have gained access to First Ray energies, resulting in immense destruction.
Adolf Hitler is considered to be an example of the disastrous misuse of First Ray energies.
In 1945, Hitler's power was broken, but the Wisdom Teachers of the West predicted a greater global crisis to come, and they explained that humanity would once again be offered a choice between mass destruction and the illumination of expanded collective consciousness.
"In 1945, at a time when the enemy’s external threat through Hitler’s armies had just been averted, the Master D.K. said that three recognitions must be evidenced by humanity before the year 2025, if the ‘destruction of mankind is to be averted," Alice Bailey explained in Discipleship and the New Age.
"They are:
- Recognition of the Spirit of Christ within.
- Recognition of the Hierarchy of Masters that guide the evolution of the world.
- Recognition of the Way, the divine Plan."
The good news is that beginning in the year 2025, the date Theosophists pinpointed as the potential beginning for the Cosmic Spiritual Event known as The Externalization of the Hierarchy, all those of good will who gather in groups to help accelerate humanity's spiritual evolution will be energized by the down-pouring of the First Ray of Will and Power, which can safely be utilized in group settings, when the group is dedicated to the liberation of suffering humanity through the power of love and light.
What can we do to prepare for this unprecedented event? The Master D.K. gives four suggestions:
“1. The effort to stand with all other disciples and aspirants in an attempt to call forth the Avatar, to reach Him by focused intensive thought and to evoke His response. This is the purpose of the new Invocation.
2. Providing a nucleus or group through which the Avatar of Synthesis can work when the lesser Avatar has come forth upon the physical plane….
3. Constructing a network of light and service in every land….
4. Preparing the general public for the Coming One…”
And how long will the Formless One remain? Master D.K. says that the triangle of energies through which the Avatar of Synthesis is to manifest with the Christ at the center, “will continue for two thousand five hundred years,” or till the end of the Aquarian Age.

"This great Event, the coming Avatar of Synthesis, and the descent of the Christ and His Hierarchy to the Earth, also includes the restoration of the Mystery Schools, the cosmic initiation of Sanat Kumara (the Lord of the World), and the transformation of our sphere into a Sacred Planet," Dorje Jinpa explains.
“It will be obvious,” says Master D. K., “if you have considered my words carefully, that a great spiritual movement is under way—perhaps the greatest of all time!”
This Full Moon in Capricorn week is the perfect time to make it our intention to join together with like-minded people of good will to collectively invoke the Externalization of the Hierarchy.Let us ask that we be given golden opportunities to join in the group effort to elevate suffering humanity's consciousness, at this apocalyptic time on planet Earth, and to be of service, that the plan of love and light may work out, and that we may collectively seal the door to the realms where evil dwells.

And this Full Moon is only the beginning of the golden opportunities the Universe has prepared for us this year, to join together for group spiritual work during a time of global turmoil, fear, and suffering.
On July 24th, as the conjoined Sun and Moon appear at 2º8' Leo, we celebrate the New Moon Festival.
Both Sun and Moon oppose Pluto in Aquarius.
At this time, we can expect to experience a rare unity of conscious and unconscious motivations.
We will benefit greatly from performance of spiritual practices, energy healing work and rituals involving groups of people, dedicated to exposing the dark side of Aquarian Plutocracy and uplifting the collective consciousness.
Let us all join together to affirm that the forces dedicated to repressing humanity's ascent will be overcome by spiritual practices and political action designed to attain the victory of love and light through the work of people of good will everywhere.
