Here at Satya Center, as we contemplate spectacular chromatic skies from our balcony overlooking Old Salem, we are reminded that although this is one of the busiest times of year, and although the stellar energy signatures indicate nearly nonstop activity, this is also a sacred time in the seasonal cycle, when it's important to periodically sit still, be silent, and simply contemplate.
We all want to know if the difficult astrological aspects that have dogged us during 2022 will continue through the end of the year and into 2023.

Gemini Full Moon, Sagittarius Solar Festival, Winter Solstice and Christmas Cosmic Weather Forecast
On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at 11:08 PM EST, we celebrate the Gemini Full Moon and the Sagittarius Solar Festival.
Tilt-a-Whirl
This Full Moon week Sun and Venus are in Sagittarius opposing the Full Moon and retrograde Mars conjunct in Gemini, and then the Sun in Sagittarius squares Neptune in Pisces, creating another iteration of the Mutable T-Square Tilt-a-Whirl.
We find ourselves pulled in several directions at once. It's hard to make progress and it's hard to meet our commitments. It's hard just to keep balanced and centered as the dramas unfold in every direction around us.
There will be a lot of steam as Sagittarian fire meets Neptunian water. Foggy Neptune energy fills the ethers. But can we channel that steamy energy into an engine of progress that can empower us to move forward towards our spiritual and material goals? It will take discernment, an abundance of will forces, patience, and innovative thinking to harness the power of steam during this month's astrological mash-up.
It sounds challenging, but don't freak out. Help is on the way.

The very next day is the Winter Solstice, and Jupiter in Aries squares Sun in Capricorn. This is an aspect that indicates grand plans and the energy to bring them all the way to fruition, if handled correctly.
There is a tendency to overpromise, exaggerate, and sweep aside perceived obstacles without sufficient forethought, which can bring about unexpected, unpleasant consequences. As usual, the Capricorn energy can provide the perseverance, patience and mental acuity to help us avoid these pitfalls.

The energy signature of Gabriel’s horn is a sacred tone, or mantram, which also exists as a vision – a frequency of golden light.
This golden light of inner awakening, which emanates from Gabriel’s horn at his command, appears in the mind’s eye on a field of deepest indigo blue during the meditative state at the moment of initiation and realization.
In the Western Mystery School Tradition, the Winter Solstice is traditionally the time when the initiate strives most intensely to attain this Gabriel initiation, which comprises the inner nativity, the birth of the Higher Mind and the Higher Self, the moment when the Inner Christ manifests to us offering us at least a transitory glimpse of Higher Worlds.

Sun and Moon, Venus and Mercury align in Capricorn on December 23rd.
Uranus in Taurus forms an active trine to Venus and Mercury, and a wider trine to Sun and Moon, creating the opportunity for some pleasant Uranian surprises just in time for Christmas!
With Jupiter in Aries square all these planets in Capricorn, it's a good idea to watch what we say and how much we eat and drink. It will be all too easy to over promise and over indulge.
The party hearty energy dissipates by December 29, when Mercury goes retrograde in Capricorn. At that point, Mars in Mercury's sign of Gemini is retrograde as well, so there's the potential for a double dose of miscommunication, travel snafus, crossed signals and general confusion, which is heightened because Gemini and Capricorn are averse, meaning they have trouble communicating with one another at the best of times.
So this is not the unequivocally rosy Christmas Holiday forecast we'd all like to see, but the stars are in a process of constant movement and change is inevitable in the skies, on planet Earth, and in the hearts and minds of men and women around the world.

"The impact of this immensely volatile [November 2022] Uranian lunation, correlated with unexpected, explosive changes in the collective consciousness, could also indicate an exponential increase in global financial market instability, and the onset of a new financial paradigm characterized by vastly increased risks and the potential for a series of economic meltdowns."

Was FTX a Ponzi scheme, protected in part by gargantuan donations to both Republicans and Democrats? Investigations into alleged criminal activity are ongoing.
FTX is not an outlier in the crypto space. Crypto lender BlockFi was the first crypto company to follow FTX into bankruptcy, filing for Chapter 11 about two weeks after FTX's collapse.
Earlier in 2022, crypto hedge fund Three Arrows Capital (3AC) went bankrupt after the collapse of cryptocurrencies Luna and TerraUSD in May. "Those meltdowns roiled crypto markets around the world, wiped out $42 billion in investor value, and led to an arrest warrant in South Korea for the cryptocurrencies' developers," as reported by Reuters.
Crypto companies 3AC, Voyager Digital, and Celsius Network also went bankrupt in 2022, amidst charges of fraud, currently being investigated.
Cryptocurrencies have lost over 70% of their value this year collectively, and this has created a crisis of confidence in every variety of crypto.
Coinbase Global Inc., Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. and MicroStrategy Inc. all plunged more than 25% last month. Losses at those three cryptocurrency firms alone wiped out $52 billion in shareholder value this year.
Subscribers remember that in November I also forecast escalation of the political rhetoric in America's ongoing culture wars, in the wake of the November election, during a long long wait for the final results.
On Monday, December 5, nearly a month after the election, Arizona finally certified its election results after a lengthy, acrimonious battle between election officials, Republican candidates and some county boards. Despite the certification, recounts in three important statewide races are now underway, and a slew of Republican lawsuits are pending, which challenge the results in the governor's race and the state attorney general's contest. Clearly it will be a long time until the final final results in the Arizona race are settled.
Tuesday December 6 is the date of Georgia's runoff election for US Senator, with Herschel Walker and Raphael Warnock supporters trading vitriol up to the last minute. With the Senate tied 50-50 after the election, this race has attracted nationwide attention. We'll see if final results are posted soon.

Meanwhile the Republican frontrunner for the 2024 Presidential nomination, Donald Trump, has claimed that recently revealed conversations between Twitter executives and Democratic party officials prove that the 2020 Presidential election was "a massive fraud" so serious that it "allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution" in order to reinstate him as president or hold a new election.
Subscribers know that I have written several times about the strong likelihood of a Constitutional crisis during America's ongoing Pluto Return, whose effects were felt as early as 2020 and which will last through 2024. We may be on the way to complete political restructuring in America, one way or another.
