Alternative Resources Wish List February 2, 2006
Please Help Hi all. Curtis Lang, Founder of Satya Center, here. Today I’d like to bring to your attention a most worthy project that brings clean water, medical care, agricultural assistance and other necessities to the many thousands of Tibetan refugees living in India. The project is run by a dear friend, Dr. Marsha Woolf. You can read all about the Tibetan Refugee Water Project here.
Dr. Woolf is working with the esteemed Tibetan physician, Dr. Yeshi Dhonden, to bring Tibetan medicine into the mainstream by doing cancer trials at M.D. Anderson and other major hospitals in India. Dr. Dhonden has had much success in treating cancer with Tibetan herbs, and was the subject of a Dateline NBC special. You can find out more about Dr. Marsha and Dr. Dhonden here.
Please help!
