We sing the poise of being
in a room where time is an opinion
and the universe gazes from the mirror.
Here loss is lucid shadow

the empty throne of spirit.
Where loss is lucid shadow,
no gesture too small to move the mind.

Before the empty throne of spirit,
worship is a leaf turning to light.
No gesture too small to move the mind
through the implicate history of love,

where worship is a leaf turning to light.
Time learns the syntax of eternity
through the implicate history of love.
So we hum the body holographic.

Time learns the syntax of eternity
as the universe gazes from the mirror.
We sing the body holographic,
we hum the poise of being.
