Many clients have used past life therapy to understand and transform negative behavior patterns, to turn unhealthy relationships into growth opportunities and to release unconscious, deeply held emotional traumas that generated chronic feelings of fear, depression, anxiety, and rage. Sessions normally last anywhere from one hour to two hours depending on the scope of the work and the willingness on the part of the client to venture deeply into a session.
