The 'sea' salt I use for my bath salts is a pollutant-free salt from an ancient seabed in Utah. Due to the high mineral content of the salt crystals, the rocks (as you can see here) can range in color from pink to varying shades of grey.

Bath salts clear the mind, body & spirit of tensions & toxins. Relax & restore yourself in a fragrant bath. If you have dry skin, add a tablespoon of your favorite oil to the bath water, such as olive, sesame or almond.

We recommend that you bathe for 30 minutes, rinse off, then rest for 30 minutes wrapped in flannel cloth or a warm towel, to receive the maximum benefit of your Reiki and crystal infused bath salts. Therapeutic baths in sea and mineral salts are an ancient method of healing practiced around the world to restore health & balance. Be a guest in your own spa at home. Play soothing music and light a candle to create sacred space for yourself. Breathe deeply and relax! Blessings!

Jane's Homemade Reiki-infused bath salts are made prayerfully in Jane's kitchen at SatyaCenter in Pleasantville, New York. Most of the herbal ingredients in these limited-edition bath salts are from Jane's own backyard organic garden, and in some cases, with additional ingredients from other reputable organic suppliers.
