This variety of mint is very strong, and we had a bumper crop this year, plus a real craving for chocolate, hence this blend of tea! As many of you know, if you follow the latest health news, one thing we are thrilled to hear about are the health benefits of dark chocolate, specifically cacao nibs, which having no fat or sugar added, just deliver the anti-oxident, alkalid, protein rich, magnesium, beta-carotene, dopamine & much more nutrient package. It is said that milk or dairy will interfere with the health benefits of cocoa & raw cacao nibs so if that is a concern of yours, I recommend drinking this tea without adding any sweetners or cream.
