What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese word, often translated as Universal Life Force Energy, electrical excitation or aura. Reiki is also a Twentieth Century Japanese system of natural healing introduced to the world by Dr. Mikao Usui.

Weather Report from Jane's Garden
2003 was a very stormy year. Steady snowstorms all winter & a rainy spring. Twice I watched the little spring by the neighbor's house creep perilously close to spilling over its banks.

This  year's harvest is in!! Let us know if you want free gift wrap!

A sweet and mild, soothing,  mixture of mint family teas including peppermint, spearmint, and anise hyssop leaves and flowers all grown in Jane's garden. Herbalists traditionally use mint to calm a nervous stomach, to induce sweating and reduce fevers, and to treat flu and colds. American Indians traditionally use anise hyssop to treat coughs, colds, fever and respiratory problems. Spearmint adds a complex sweetness to this blend. This tea has mild diuretic and antifungal properties.

An excellent digestive after a meal or to quench your thirst. Drink hot or cold!

Note: Weight above is shipping weight. Actual weight is 1 oz. One ounce of tea can make approximately 10 cups of tea.
