This large pendant is 1.5 inches high, .75 inches wide and .75 inches deep. The deeper the stone, the more beautiful the color and the checkerboard cut accentuates the sparkling light-refracting qualities of this beautiful smoky quartz gemstone. This pendant has been custom made for Satya Center from fine natural, untreated Brazilian smoky quartz. Jane and I selected a handful of very high-energy gemstone quality smoky quartz from a large array of smoky quartz offerings from numerous suppliers and then had a fine New York jewelry maker hand-craft the settings for these very special pendants. This pendant comes complete with its own sterling silver chain and jewelry box. I have recently discovered the incredible power of highly faceted crystal gemstones for meditation and vibrational healing. Although natural crystals have always been my favorite, I began to use Vogel cut crystals in my Reiki healing practice and my interest in faceted crystals led me to experiment with crystal gemstones. The number of facets, the intricacy of the design, the mastery of the cutter the quality of the materials used, and other factors, all contribute to the difficulty of crystal gemstones.
