Online Orders Online orders can be paid for with Visa or Mastercard. Orders will be shipped within two business days after receipt of the order. SatyaCenter ships products via UPS. Online orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military installations, because this is UPS Policy. Please Note: our shipping options with UPS do not include Saturday deliveries. Contact us to make special shipping arrangements for domestic packages. International packages are shipped via US Postal Service. Shipping and handling charges for international orders cost $15 for up to 8 oz- $25 for 8 oz - 3lbs- $40 for 3 lbs and up. SatyaCenter.com is a Verisign certified secure site, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your credit card number and personal information on the Internet. Powerful encryption algorithms scramble your credit card number and personal information so that it cannot be decoded or read even if intercepted in transit. Orders for Services SatyaCenter services must be scheduled via email or phone call PRIOR TO PAYMENT. You can email us or call 518-672-4584 to schedule sessions. You will receive a confirmation email when you schedule the session and an email reminder 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Once you have scheduled a distance Reiki session or telephone consultation, you must provide us with your credit card number, either by email or over the telephone in advance. In the event that you cancel your session within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged for the session. Your credit card will be charged for the distance or telephone session on the day of the session, prior to your appointment. For sessions conducted at our Claverack, New York office, you may pay in person, by credit card or in cash. Phone Orders If you prefer to pay over the telephone, please have your credit card information available and call us at 518-672-4584. We can easily help you schedule sessions, arrange for special or international shipping arrangements. International Orders For international orders, email us or call us at 518-672-4584 and we will be happy to make arrangements. Tracking Your Package (US Orders Only) You can track your package at the UPS website, or call 1-800-742-5877. You will need your tracking number, which we will send you via email when the package ships. Returns Policy We take great care in packaging your order. If you receive a broken item, SatyaCenter will replace that item. Call us at 518-672-4584 and we'll be happy to take care of you. If you are unhappy with an item purchased from SatyaCenter.com, email us or call us at 518-672-4584 within 14 days and we will be happy to make an adjustment for you. We cannot accept returns on services, herbal products or toiletries. We can not refund shipping and handling costs.
