Hillary Adrian Hitt has over 30 years experience designing and teaching classes in alternative health education that help people change their lives. She teaches spiritual nutrition and how to use foods for healing and transformation, she is an Iridologist, Astologer, Meditation teacher, raw foods teacher, Foot reflexologist.

Hillary is the director of Dharma Healing International, a healing retreat center on Koh Samui, Thailand, which offers a 7 to 30 day spiritual fasting course. The program teaches people how to change their lives through the cleansing, fasting and detoxifying process.

The program is directed according to Buddhist principles that emphasizes cleansing away the old Karma, attitudes, life stytles and addictions, and helps each individual heal themselves, while working toward their higher authentic Christ/Buddha potential. The fasting course is now on its 14th year.
